After the session, tutors are required to upload the recording to MyTutorWiz's secure designated system.
Upon successful upload, tutors are mandated to immediately delete the recording from all their personal storage spaces (e.g., computer hard drives, cloud storage) and from the memory of any third-party recording tools used.
Once uploaded to MyTutorWiz's system, recordings are securely stored and accessible only to:
The specific parent and their child.
The specific tutor who conducted the class.
Authorized MyTutorWiz staff (e.g., quality assurance team, customer support for specific inquiries or dispute resolution) on a strict need-to-know basis, with internal policies and audit trails in place.
7.4 Retention Policy: All class recordings uploaded to MyTutorWiz's system are automatically and permanently deleted after 3 months from the session date. We do not maintain a permanent archive of recordings beyond this period unless legally required for an ongoing dispute or investigation.
